- Restricts group talent inspections to members who are connected, visible,
in the same instance and phase, and within Blizzard's native `UnitInRange()`
range.
- Re-checks eligibility immediately before requesting an inspection and when
the inspection result arrives, preventing stale or invalid units from being
processed.
