Added Loot Method dropdown menu.

Selecting master looter in the drop down menu it will read ML (master looter name)

If no target is present Master Loot will always be you otherwise it is your target. (this prevents lua errors that typically occur in default ui)

You can now use /mylootms <value> to adjust the Loot Method dropdown scale. You can use /mylootqs <value> to adjust the Loot Quality dropdown scale.

Both commands take a scale value from 1 to 10.
