combustion module reworked

Istaran:
    - updated addon version + small stuff
    - combu dmg summary now takes into account dots ticking on all targets
    - raised y anchorage of scrolling text
    - removed previously deleted options from default db + added update of user db
    - change combu frame anchorage
    - code cleaning
    - another fix to scrolling text
    - timer corrected, some bug with combu frame sowing fixed
    - combu module: removed unnecessary frame container for icon
    - combustion module: removed backdrop stuff
    - combu module: removed border stuff
    - bump toc to 5.3
