Added font size scaling sliders

Added bar label checkbox so labels can be removed

added swing timer remaining countdown checkbox 

added throttling to update checks for improved CPU efficiency  

added glowing indicator when bar can be snapped , and when they are snapped.

improved bar snapping logic greatly so you can snap and seperate bars freely in any way.
