New module: Crafting Routine

Adds a freely movable button to the crafting page (Craft Routine) where you can configure a list with a right click or /mcbroutine where you store recipes that you add with a ctrl left click on a recipe in your profession book. And under what conditions you want to make them. Then you can left click the button to produce them.

Every recipe switch takes 2-3 clicks on the button to start the craft, depends if you have configured a specific tool for that recipe and a switch is needed.
