Cet AddOn est la propriété exclusive de son auteur (Eiganjos). Toute redistribution,
modification, ou utilisation du code source dans d'autres projets est
strictement interdite sans l'autorisation écrite préalable de l'auteur.

 

2. CLAUSE DE PÉRENNITÉ (SUNSET CLAUSE)
Par dérogation à l'article 1, le Logiciel passera automatiquement sous licence
MIT (voir article 3) si les deux conditions suivantes sont réunies :
     a) Une nouvelle extension de World of Warcraft (version "Live/Retail") est
sortie mondialement depuis plus de six (6) mois.
     b) Aucune mise à jour officielle compatible avec ladite extension n'a été
publiée par l'auteur durant cette période.

 

3. LICENCE MIT (ACTIVATION SOUS CONDITION)
En cas d'activation de la Clause de Pérennité, l'autorisation est accordée à
toute personne de modifier, copier, publier et distribuer le logiciel sans
restriction, à condition de maintenir la mention du copyright original.

 

4. EXCLUSION DE GARANTIE
CE LOGICIEL EST FOURNI "EN L'ÉTAT", SANS GARANTIE D'AUCUNE SORTE, EXPRESSE OU
IMPLICITE. EN AUCUN CAS L'AUTEUR NE PEUT ÊTRE TENU RESPONSABLE D'UNE
RÉCLAMATION OU DE DOMMAGES LIÉS À L'UTILISATION DE CE LOGICIEL.

2. SUNSET CLAUSE
Notwithstanding Section 1, this Software shall automatically transition to the
MIT License (see Section 3) if the following conditions are met:
     a) A new World of Warcraft expansion (Live/Retail version) has been
released worldwide for more than six (6) months.
     b) No official update compatible with said expansion has been released by
the author during this period.

 

3. MIT LICENSE (CONDITIONAL ACTIVATION)
Upon activation of the Sunset Clause, permission is hereby granted to any
person to modify, copy, publish, and distribute the software without
restriction, provided that the original copyright notice is preserved.

 

4. DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR
