Notified when a new vignette appears on the minimap.
Usage
Every new vignette where your discover will be add in the settings. For these vignettes, you can changed settings only for this specific vignette.
And you can changed the defaults for new spotted vignettes
Settings
Cooldown
The time that must elapsed before the same vignette can trigger a new announcement. This mean when the vignette triggers an new add event.
Icon Size
The size off the vignette icon where will be displayed.
Icon before and Icon after
Whether an icon will be shown before or after the announcement.
Colour
The announcement colour of the main text and vignette name
Sound
When a sound should be played.
Output
Where the text should be displayed.
