🔧 Major New Features

• 🔘 Settings Panel (Brand New)
  Added a fully integrated options panel in WoW’s Interface settings:

  • Mute toggle
  • Critical line toggle
  • Add/remove custom sound IDs
  • Scrollable list of your custom sounds

• 🧠 Smart Slash Commands
  /mutebrann now supports more than just mute toggling:

  • add <ids> – Add multiple sound IDs (comma/space/semicolon-separated)
  • del <ids> – Remove one or more
  • clear, validate, export, import – Full list management
  • status, help, ui – Check state or jump to the panel
  • Alias /mb for fast access

• 🗨️ Tooltip Feedback (New!)
  Hover over Brann Bronzebeard in-game to see his mute state:

  • Fully muted
  • Partially muted (critical lines allowed)
  • Not muted

• 💬 Smarter Feedback
  All commands now provide detailed feedback:

  • What was added, skipped, already known
  • Which IDs were invalid and why
  • Warnings about suspicious ranges (e.g. UI sounds, extreme values)

🧹 Improvements & Fixes

• Settings now save per account
• Internal event dispatching improved for future extensibility

You now have full control over what Brann says, when he says it — and whether he gets to say anything at all.
