Silences the fizzle "woosh" and click sounds when you spam abilities that aren't ready.
Tired of hearing a *woosh* and *click click click* every time you mash a key during the global cooldown? Mute Fizzle silences those sounds and nothing else. All your other sound effects stay on.
## What it mutes
- The spell fizzle sounds (holy, fire, nature, frost, shadow) that play when an ability can't fire
- The UI click (uChatScrollButton) heard when spamming abilities
No setup needed. Install it and the sounds are muted every time you log in.
## Mute your own sounds
You can mute any other game sound by its file ID. Muted sounds are remembered across restarts.
- `/mf add <id>`: mute a sound
- `/mf remove <id>`: unmute a sound you added
- `/mf list`: show the sounds you've added
To find a sound's file ID, look it up on Wowhead's sound database or use a sound ID finder addon.
## Notes
- The click sound is shared with a few UI buttons, such as the chat scroll arrows, so those will be quiet too.
- This doesn't affect Error Speech (the "not ready yet" voice). Turn that off in Options → Audio.
