Muster puts your guild in one window. Type /muster or click the minimap button to open it.
Roster. Every member in a table you can sort, resize and search. Searches can be simple (“Bob”) or specific (“rank:officer offline>30d”). You can save searches you use often.
Member details. Click a name to see their join date, time at their current rank, birthday, guild notes, your own private notes about them, their alts, and their history in the guild, including earlier times they were a member.
Guild history. Muster records joins, leaves, kicks, promotions and demotions as they happen, and keeps them long after the game’s own log (which only holds 100 entries) has forgotten them. It also keeps a list of former members and every Message of the Day.
Officer tools.
A dashboard with member counts, activity, and upcoming anniversaries and birthdays. Rules: saved searches like “trial members offline for 30 days”. A queue for promoting, demoting or removing members in batches. Nothing happens until you press the button yourself, and Muster checks each member again before every batch. A ban list that warns you when a banned player joins. A guild bank log that keeps a record every time an officer opens the bank, with totals per member and an alert for large gold withdrawals.
Sharing between officers. If other officers also use Muster, it shares notes, alt links, bans, rules and bank history between you automatically, over officer chat. Members who aren’t officers never see officer data. The guild event history is shared with everyone who runs Muster.
Other. Export the roster, logs or bank history to a spreadsheet, make backups, choose a font and text size, and hide pages you don’t use.
Muster never posts in guild chat and never changes guild notes. Everything it stores stays in your guild.
Retail only.
