Movement Speed

Important notice for manual install: Starting with this update, Movement Speed now requires its dependency, Widget Tools to be installed separately. It is no longer bundled in. Read about why this change was made here.

Hotfix (Version 3.3.1):

• Fixed a new issue that cropped up in 12.0.5: the Player Speed value is now protected and Movement Speed cannot utilize it while in combat, similarly how Target Speed broke with Midnight. I will see what can be done in future updates. For now, Travel Speed can be used to estimate your speed even in combat, that feature is unaffected.
• The custom font file support has been reverted to the previous solution (but now handled by Widget Tools) until the next update because an oversight caused critical errors. I have also removed several fonts to save on disk space. Once the planned custom font support is finished and released, any number of fully custom fonts will be usable to there will be little need to keep so many fonts bundled in. To add a custom font file with this temporary solution, similarly like before, replace Interface/Addons/WidgetTools/Fonts/CUSTOM.ttf with any TrueTypeFont file, while keeping this exact file name.
• Several fonts have been removed and will no not be bundled in because I would rather prioritize smaller file sizes, and having large font files that offer little benefit for most is in opposition to that goal.
• Fixed some Lua errors in Classic that got introduced in 3.3 accidentally.
• Added Wago ID information to help Wago to find and download addon dependencies automatically.

Version 3.3

New:

• Added Midnight 12.0.5 support.
• Added new speed display text coloring options (now also available for the Target Speed feature), now the speed value type coloring can be fully customized (more Font customization options are coming in future updates).
• The previously added right-click menus for settings have been further enhanced with copy & paste functionality to be able to easily move values across similar types of settings.

Changes:

• Font files have been moved to the Widget Tools addon, Movement Speed is built on. The custom font file named The CUSTOM.ttf should now be placed in the main Fonts folder right inside the WoW client folder.
• Removed the Value Coloring toggle option, now value coloring is enabled at all times by default but now each value color can be freely specified.
• The look of settings number sliders have been updated to match the new Blizzard sliders but keeping every enhanced functionality as usual for addons built with Widget Tools Toolboxes.
• Several other under the hood changes & improvements.

Hotfix:

• Further improved the Target Speed feature to stop it generating any errors in Delves or other private gamespaces.
• Many other smaller fixes & translation improvements.
