MoveCastTime 1.1.0

• Now works on WoW Forever, and is up to date for Retail 12.1.
• New spots for the cast time: Right of the Bar (Blizzard's own spot), Left of the Bar and Above the Bar, next to Left, Center and Right inside the bar.
• The position is now a dropdown with named choices. Your old Left/Center/Right choice is kept.
• New: Horizontal and Vertical Offset sliders to fine-tune the spot.
• New: Text Size (Small, Medium, Large, Huge), Outline and Text Color.
• New: Time Format: Remaining (as before), Remaining / Total, or Elapsed / Total.
• The cast time is placed right after login, so Empowered spells and the Edit Mode preview show it in the right spot too.
• Left and Right inside the bar now sit 4 pixels in from the border, so they no longer touch the edge.
• Type /mct (or /movecasttime) or use the AddOns button by the minimap to open the settings.
• Fixed: the settings slider was saved under the wrong name.
