Movable Totem Frame

A very lightweight addon that attaches the blizzard totem bar to a small button which can be used to hide and show the bar

I use macaroon for my action bars, and despite it being a great addon, it currently has no way of dealing with the blizzard totem bar.

I wrote this addon for those that use such bar addons and would like to be able to use the totem bar, or for those that use the default UI but would like to be able to move the bar around.
