Simple addon that allows Death Knights to control the position and size of their rune bar.
Full list of commands:
/rune lock - locks the position of the rune bar.
/rune unlock - allows you to drag the rune bar around.
/rune scale <number> - changes the size of the rune bar.
/rune center - places the rune bar in the center of the screen.
/rune reset - reset to defaults
