- removed slash command - kinda useles
- added interface for:
-* # threat targets
-* instant fade
-* tooltip mouse anchor
- added saved variables by character
- added anchoring tooltip to mouse
- added option to stop tooltip fades (ie, dont fade)
- fixed threat colours
- hopefully fixed clearing old lines on tooltips
