What’s new in 0.9.2-beta

• A whole new look: cards, boxed mount icons in their rarity’s colour, and a cleaner Home page with your collection, expansions, sources and nearby mounts on one page.
• Faction page: every race’s mounts under its own heading.
• Lockouts that tick themselves for the Tanaan rare mounts, the Qiraji Battle Tanks (C’Thun) and the Bronze Drake (Culling of Stratholme).
• Pop-outs come in two layouts, Cards or Compact.
• More ways to make it yours: header and body fonts, background opacity, and a tidier settings page.
• Fix: holiday mounts only show nearby while their holiday is on.

MountTrail tracks every mount you’re missing and helps you farm them.

• Every mount you’re missing, by expansion or by source (drops, vendors & reputation, quests, achievements, professions, shop, Trading Post, PvP, Mythic+, holidays, Timewalking, faction / race), with a 3D preview, drop chance, your attempts and where to find it.
• Lockouts: this character’s daily and weekly mount lockouts, ticked off by themselves.
• Home: your collection at a glance. It shows your total collected, a bar per expansion and per source, and the mounts still to get in your zone.
• Waypoints (TomTom) to the vendor, the rare’s spawn points or the dungeon / raid entrance, from any list or pop-out.
• Rare spawns: long-respawn rares with no lockout (Nok-Karosh, Gorok, the Time-Lost Proto-Drake...) show when you last checked their spawn (“Last checked 3 hr ago”), so you know when it’s worth flying back.
• Drop alert: when your mount finally drops, chat tells you how many attempts it took and how lucky you were, with an optional chime.
• Pop-outs: small always-on-screen windows for any set, as cards or compact rows, that follow your zone when you want.
• Alts: a window showing which of your characters are still unsaved for each lockout.
• Your lists: build them from any mount, in your own order or by expansion, and share them as a clickable chat line, a whisper or a text you can paste anywhere.
• Wrong-difficulty warning when you zone into a raid on a difficulty where your target mount doesn’t drop.
• Search everywhere: typo-tolerant, with short names (tbc, icc, wod).
• Make it yours: window scale, background opacity, text sizes, header and body fonts, colours, and colour-blind marks.

Commands

/mtl, /mtrail and /mounttrail work the same way; the list uses /mtl.
