Added auto summon Chauffeured Mechano-Hog if under level 10 and u own it


I tried to fix summoning wrong mounts when buff of skyriding / steady flying was not detected, now it summons skyriding as default and steady flying mounts only when the buff is detected so it doesnt spawn steady flying mounts when skyriding is selected but no buff is active... 

I tried to fix issue of not summoning at Tindral Sageswift in Amirdrassil
I hope i didnt broke logic of summoning mount without war within pathfinder...

Btw no i cant add casting class movement spells instead of mounts in dungeons because of WOW API
I cant add summoning of the vehicle in undermine because of WOW API
