Laotseu:
    - Correction to readme file.
    - Removed unneeded translations for the macro names.
    - Removed the Shaman specific macro template since it was exactly the same as the default template.
    - - Added a second macro witch default to repair mounts and mounts that allow to carry other characters around. - Fixed the ID for the Mekgineer's Chopper.
    - Fixed the localization code. Added entry for TOKEN_DESCIPTION.
    - Removed some debugging code.
    - Handle low-level characters that have access to Chauffered Chopper or Mechano-Hug.
    - Improved the Print function.
    - Fixing the project version string. Hoping the packager will work properly.
