Peter:
    - Added tooltips to all the labels in the char info
    - Adding method for displaying and hiding tooltips
    - Changed number of rows for the private note to save space
    - Some .toc file clean-up
    - Removing dps importing from Skada for now Might add it back in later, but now it was just taking too much space for its value
    - Value of status was changed in the patch
    - More debuging changes...
    - Adding version for local testing, as curse replace is only done packaging
