Bug Fixes & Engine Optimization

• Logic Leak Resolution: Fixed an edge case where the HUD would erroneously appear in Caster Form during combat even if the "Enable Celestial Engine" setting was disabled.
• Login & Reload Cleanup: Optimized the startup sequence to eliminate duplicate system messages during /reload. The chat log now provides a clean, single-line greeting or hibernation notice.
• Combat Report Security: Statistical tracking and post-combat reports are now strictly gated. If the engine is disabled, the addon will no longer process combat data or print reports.
• Master Visibility Gate: Re-engineered the visibility engine to ensure "Off" is a master state that overrides all shapeshifting events.

Visual Improvements

• Omen Icon Synchronization: Updated the Omen of Clarity (Clearcasting) icon border and "ants" animation color to Gold (1, 0.82, 0). This now perfectly matches the Lunar Flare state of the weave bar for better visual cohesion.

Documentation & Localization

• In-Game Guide FAQ: Added a new entry to Section 12 of the Guide addressing the Level 20 / Starfire hibernation rules to assist new users.
• Full Localization: All new FAQ strings and system messages have been localized for all 9 supported languages (enUS, deDE, frFR, esES, itIT, ruRU, ptBR, koKR, zhCN/TW).
