Heal prediction & absorbs

• Separate toggles for incoming heals (green), absorb shields (white) and heal absorbs (red)
• Show Heal Prediction still turns all of them on or off

Fixes

• Heal absorbs were hidden under the health bar on some frames (notably party)
• Heal absorb color made clearer so it no longer blends into class colors
