# Muster Of Olympus (MOO)

A group finder, ready check and player rating system for **Olympus guilds** in *World of Warcraft: Forever*. List a group or mark yourself available, and every MOO user across all Olympus guilds on your realm can see it.

**Only works for members of an Olympus guild.**

*A fan project. Not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Asmongold or the Olympus leadership.*

## What it does

**Group finder (Dungeons, Raids, PvP).** Pick the instance, set how many Tanks, Healers and DPS you still need, a minimum level and a short note. Hover a listing to see who's in the group, or click it for the group card. Your own listing shows at the top, marked *(your group)*. World PvP listings never show ratings.

**Quests tab (new).** Find help with group quests. Pick a quest from your quest log (Group and Elite quests first, zone filled in for you) or type a custom name for an elite or a rare. Quests you also have get a check mark and sort to the top, and you can filter by zone. Quest listings come down by themselves after 20 minutes.

**Players tab.** Mark yourself available for dungeons, raids, battlegrounds, World PvP and group quests, all at once (up to 12 picks, with an "Any" option for each category), in every role you can play. Leaders see what you want and invite you with one click. A green check and *(you)* at the top of the list confirm your listing really went out.

**Applications with gear and stats.** When you apply, only the leader gets your equipped items, item level and stats. Gear shows as *self-reported* until you join and MOO verifies it.

**My Group tab.** See applicants with role, item level, rating and gear, and Invite or Decline them. Your group roster shows roles, ratings and who has MOO, plus a **Ready check** with live answers and a role count.

**Ratings.** After a dungeon or raid, rate your groupmates with 1 to 5 stars and positive tags like *Great pulls*, *Kept us alive* or *Patient teacher*. A role's score only shows once 3 different players have rated it, so nobody can tell who gave which rating.

**Coach tab.** Tips for your role based on what groupmates say: compliments you get less often than most, instances where your rating dips, anonymous private tips from groupmates, and short how-to guides (marking, pulling, threat, mana and more).

**Tell my guild.** One click shows a short line about MOO; confirm and it posts to your guild chat. At most once every 3 hours.

**Update notices.** MOO tells you once per session when a newer version is out.

**Feedback tab.** Send bug reports and ideas to the author from inside the game.

## Getting started

1. Install MOO (and the **Olympus** addon if you don't have it; it's recommended, not required).
2. Type `/mooo` (three o's) or click the minimap button.
3. Opt in on the welcome screen.
4. List a group, or go to the Players tab and mark yourself available.

## Main commands

Plain `/moo` still does the moo emote, like always.

## Olympus only

MOO checks your guild's name and stays off outside an Olympus guild (OLYMPVS, Olympos, Olimpo and other spellings count). Players MOO sees in a non-Olympus guild are marked and ignored, and players it hasn't seen yet are marked *(unverified)*. Officers can seal MOO's cross-guild channel with `/moo key <secret>`, using the same secret as the other Olympus guilds.

## Fair play and privacy

- **Free and open:** MIT licensed, no ads, no donations, no paid features.
- **No automation:** every invite, decline, ready check and guild post is a click by you.
- **No combat data:** ratings are opinions from people, never damage or healing numbers.
- **Private by design:** gear goes only to a leader you apply to, ratings only to the player they're about. There's no website or outside server.
- **Reportable text:** notes players type go through Blizzard's logged addon messages, so abuse can be reported.
- **Positive tags only:** stars carry the criticism, and tags can't be used to insult anyone.
