Fixed the addon breaking when casting spells that aren't on the pet action bar.
Allow pet spells to be dragged to the pet action bar.
Fix bug where if the spellbook was opened for the first time while on combat, it wouldn't work until the player exists combat.
Fixed a rare bug where the spell book would be empty because "a nil was compared to a number".
