Adds an animation to the Rage bar on the player frame to make it look more modern. visual to see how much rage you lost
Adds a animation to the player rage bar that will create a shadow of where you spent your last rage. for example if you cast mortal strike, you will see a shadow appear on the rage bar that fades out the size of 30 rage to make it look more modern.
