Bug fixes:

- Disabled dialog in Bastion since it has a speaker on death

- Fixed the zone identifier so locales other than English will benefit from him not talking over himself in Nazmir(also for Bastion)

- Cleaned up some of the code

- Fixed it so the dialog comes through the Dialog channel instead of being drowned out in Master.
