Mocksamdi

Added:

- Now only activates when you become a ghost and you spawn at a graveyard instead of on death.

- Ability to toggle on/off sound in dungeons, arenas, battlegrounds, raids

- Now shows the ghost of Bwonsamdi on death. you can disable in settings. This will use the same sound settings for location. I'll probably clean up config so that's clearer

- Cleaned up the files and did some organization.

- Set plugin author to my main.

Known bugs:

- Scaling of Bwonsamdi can be bugged and instead of 70% he'll be 100%. Will try to fix in a future version but it's not super bothersome just shows a little clipping
