This addon is a very lightweight solution for showing current hp(hit points) on an npc/enemy frame in wow classic. Please see the image.
It might be useful for players which do not want some heavy weight addon for this purpose.
It also shows mana/energy/rage. One can make some minor configurations in interface options.
Additionally this addon estimates player hp which are hidden by the game (Normally you get the value 100 for every player outside your party). The estimation is visible after the targeted player has lost some % hp or has been healed by some %.
