Fixed: the crest label kept describing the item you replaced. Upgrade costs are keyed by slot and can only be read at the vendor, so swapping a Champion piece for a Hero one left the old Champion costs attached to the slot — the label, the recommendation and the ranking all went on describing an item you were no longer wearing, until your next vendor visit. Cached costs now record which item they came from and are discarded when the slot holds something else.

That slot shows no crest recommendation until you next visit the upgrade vendor, which is the honest answer — the game does not expose upgrade costs anywhere else. The track, item level, free-upgrade coin and maxed marker were never affected and keep working everywhere. /mca debug now reports live and stale cache counts separately.
