The Garrison Report tooltip offers a summary of details from your other character's Garrisons. Mission progress, building construction progress, nearly full Garrison Caches, and soon to be completed work orders

Assigned party members show their expected experience gains from a given mission. This includes exp increasing traits. Follower icons will also show a level up indicator if they are expected to level up on success.

Completed Missions are shown as a list on the "In Progress" tab. You can click them to retrieve your rewards. Success chance and followers show on the mission buttons.

You can even send out new missions without collecting any completed mission...

Totals of active follower counters show across the top. Note that working followers do not count towards these totals

The counter icons can be clicked to filter the follower list according to that counter Clicking a second time will remove the filter.
