Missing Class Buff

Tracks class buffs, auras, poisons, weapon imbues, missing pets, flasks/food etc and reminds you to apply them to yourself or allies in your group with a click to cast icon. Also provides a custom buff tracker with click to cast options.

Removed checking of party in M+ situations, now only checks the player character
