miniTip, aka. mikma's nifty Tooltip is an addon that modifies the way your default GameTooltip looks like.
miniTip colors only players. Border is colored by reaction color and Name is colored with classcolor. Titles in the names are also disabled. miniTip makes the tooltip stick with the mouseover and with spells and items in actionbars it's docked nicely right next to them.
My recommendation is you do not add any other tooltip-modifying addons because I cannot quarantee they will work together.
