MinimapHeaderHider

A lightweight World of Warcraft AddOn that hides header elements of the minimap for a cleaner, more modern UI look. It includes a small configuration panel where you can fine-tune how the header and optional elements should behave.

This AddOn works fine in conjunction with Leatrix Plus for example. If you use minimap addons like 'SexyMap' the functionality of this AddOn is included in these most probably.

⚙️ How to Configure

Open:

Escape → Options → AddOns → MinimapHeaderHider

Available options include (all defaults = false):

• Hide Minimap Zone Text
• Hide Minimap Clock Button
• Hide Minimap Calendar Button
• Hide Minimap Tracking Button
• Hide Minimap Header Background Frame
• Show a greeting message on startup

Changes take effect after reloading the UI. Use the Reload UI button to apply them.

📦 Installation

Via CurseForge App

Search for MinimapHeaderHider and install it directly.

Manual Installation

1. Download the latest .zip from the Files tab.

2. Extract the folder MinimapHeaderHider into:

   World of Warcraft/_retail_/Interface/AddOns/
   

   (or _beta_, …)

3. Restart WoW.
