Fix for Pandaria Cogwheels
- More to do one this... it should register for more than one item with cogwheels, like Helm and Trinket, and adjust for Unique-Equip limitations. It currently scores as if there is only one item with Cogwheels; It is not aware of what Cogs you already have equipped.
Fix for Lua error on Mouseover of items after a bad initialization.
