Added Cataclysm Meta gems and scoring and changed WotLK Meta Gems to follow the same logic.

Altered Meta-Gem Scoring Logic - If socketed, it scores the socket according to gem found, otherwise, scores potential based on suggested gem.
Altered Gem Suggestions now account for +hit and +expertise caps and will only provide value for effective stats.
Altered Hit Dtection and Expertise Dectection to more accurately read reforged items.
Altered Reforge logic to reduce occurance of reporting incorrect reforging as correctly reforged.
Fixed unintended scoring of Tabards and Shirts.
Fixed Relic Socket Detection - Relics now detect when they have a prismatic socket.
Fixed Relic scoring logic - Tooltip data now only appears for classes that can equip relics.
Fixed unintended metagem valuation for "Thundering Skyflare Diamond". It is now worth more than 0 haste.
Fixed unintended global function "setContains". This function is now local.
Fixed HitRating not being suggested as lowest stat to reforge even when way over hit cap.
Altered Reforge Dectection: added additional math to attempt to eliminate enchants being detected as reforging.
