Milkmans Simple Blacklist is a lightweight Classic-friendly addon that helps you track problem players, griefers, and people you simply don’t want to group with again. It’s built to be fast, simple, and reliable, with zero bloat and no external libraries.

Two Separate Lists

Enemy list for opposing-faction players
Blacklisted list for same-faction players
Each list is fully independent and never overlaps

Notes Per Player

Add custom notes to any player
Notes are preserved forever unless you manually remove them
Import will never overwrite existing notes

Mouseover Blacklist Keybind

Instantly blacklist a player you’re mousing over
Perfect for battlegrounds, world PvP, or toxic dungeon runs
Keybind location:
- Esc → Options → Keybindings → Other → Add mouseover enemy to blacklist

Safe Import Rules

Adds only missing players
Automatically skips duplicates
Never overwrites existing notes
Never deletes entries
Never touches the other list
Prints a summary after import:
- MSB: Imported X entries, skipped Y duplicates.
