Weapon Compatibility & Gear Recommendation Update

This update focuses on smarter weapon recommendations, safer equipment comparisons, and improvements to the ForeverGear interface.

What's New

• Improved detection of equipped two-handed weapons.

• Shields are no longer recommended as standalone upgrades when a two-handed weapon is equipped and no usable one-handed weapon is available.

• Improved compatibility checks for weapon and shield combinations.

• Added clearer manual review handling for uncertain equipment swaps.

• Improved item icon detection and fallback handling.

• Redesigned gear recommendation cards with Inspect and Seen buttons.

• Specialization-specific icons for Main Spec and Offspec.

• Seen Items system to prevent repeated recommendations for acknowledged equipment.

• Improved Gear Guard filtering for cloaks and other equipment.

• Better recognition of small armor upgrades.

• Improved inventory scanning feedback and post-combat scan handling.

• Detailed side-by-side gear comparisons and stat explanations.

Important Notes

Weapon combinations that cannot be reliably scored still require manual review. ForeverGear does not yet fully calculate the combined value of a one-handed weapon and shield against a two-handed weapon.

Pawn remains optional. Built-in ForeverGear stat weights work without it.
