What's new

Changes
- In the new layout, item level and upgrade level text is now a soft gold instead of gray, so it is easier to spot
- The "Item & spells" settings toggles have been renamed to "New layout": "Use the new layout for item tooltips" and "Use the new layout for spell tooltips". Turning them off restores Blizzard's default tooltip layout

Fixes
- Dark text colors shown with the "Selection color" option, such as pure blue, were still hard to read on the dark tooltip background. They are now brightened further
