MiliUI Tooltip

New
- Item, spell, and recipe tooltips are now redrawn as a panel: a large icon with an item level badge above it, stats grouped with a diamond marker, effect labels, set bonuses, flavor text, and a footer with the durability bar and sell price. Spell tooltips get an icon and name header, a strip showing cost, cast time, cooldown, and range, and colored numbers in the description. Settings > Item & spells > Panel, on by default; turn it off to keep the native layout with only the border and colors applied.
- Lines added by other addons are shown in a separate box attached below the main panel. Settings > Item & spells > Separate box for lines added by other addons, on by default.
- Stacked items show "unit price x count = total" in the footer, and duplicate sell price lines from other addons are hidden when the footer already shows the price. Settings > Item & spells > Hide duplicate sell price lines from other addons, on by default.
- Tooltips with no quality or reaction color now use your class color for the border. Settings > Style > Class color border by default, on by default.

Changes
- Secondary stats and tertiary stats (Speed, Leech, Avoidance, Indestructible) use the same green as equip effects instead of the bright native green.
- The main tooltip, comparison tooltips, and third-party frames attached to it now keep a small gap between each other, and the three comparison tooltips line up at the top edge.
- The comparison label reads "Currently Equipped" or "Equipped with" the same way the default UI does, so a bag item compared with another bag item is no longer labeled as equipped.
- Tooltips keep a small margin from the screen edge instead of touching it.

Fixes
- Comparison tooltips and lines added by other addons no longer flicker once per second while hovering an item.
- The panel no longer flickers when hovering Auctionator or Auction House result rows while the list refreshes.
- The panel no longer drops down a frame every 0.2 seconds when the tooltip is pushed against the top of the screen.
- The AppearanceTooltip model preview is no longer transparent next to the panel, and it no longer jumps between sides or disappears off screen while comparing items.
- The close button on chat link tooltips no longer causes protected UI errors.
- Other specs' primary stats and unowned set pieces are shown as gray text in the right section, matching the default tooltip.
