MiliUI Cooldown Manager
- By
Takes over Blizzard's built-in Cooldown Manager and reworks its layout, appearance and text. You adjust every setting directly on a live preview, and changes apply right away.

Fixes
- The Crusading Strikes row on the resource bar sometimes stopped moving in real combat while it worked fine on a training dummy. It now keeps following Blizzard's Crusading Strikes bar when you switch targets often.
- Proc decks only exist for Enhancement Shaman, but the proc deck panel still appeared for every other class and specialization in the anchor target list and in Edit Mode. It now appears only for Enhancement Shaman.
