MiliUI Cooldown Manager

Takes over Blizzard's built-in Cooldown Manager and reworks its layout, appearance and text. You adjust every setting directly on a live preview, and changes apply right away.
What's new
New
- Added a "Keep the cast bar" option (Skyriding > General > Keep the cast bar, on by default). When "Hide the Cooldown Manager while skyriding" is on, your cast bar still shows, so casts in Druid Flight Form or gathering while mounted stay visible.
Fixes
- Fixed the Mount Special button often not responding to mouseover while skyriding: before, you could only reach it in the gaps between the hidden Cooldown Manager icons, and now it responds anywhere on the button.
