• Fixed guidance arrow targeting issues by introducing destination preloading:
• The NEXT destination is preloaded at 4:00 remaining to avoid pointing to the previous rare.
• Arrow display remains limited to the last 40 seconds, but always points to the preloaded target.
• Arrow destination now refreshes cleanly whenever the current rare changes (rollover, sync, HP auto-advance).
• Improved arrow stability (prevents last-second recalculations and wrong-target flips).
