Content update — Week 4 objectives (all locales)

• Removed the Catalyst entry (no new information from Blizzard).
• Replaced the PvP line with guidance on buying 2 Galactic Jeweler's Setting (5,000 honor + 3 Infused Heliotrope each) to add sockets to crafted items. Updated for EN, DE, and ES.
• Fixed the M0 Pre-season gear tier: Champion 2/6 (250) → Champion 1/6 (246).
• Updated the weekly estimate: 2x 246, 3x 240, 10x 250 → 2x 246, 13x 250.

Item Level reference — DE/ES locale support

• colorizeTrack() now resolves tier labels via MidnightL.S() (plain-text search) instead of hardcoded FR/EN strings, so German and Spanish upgrade tracks are colored correctly.
• Dungeon and raid source strings (Heroic/Mythic off-season rows) are now properly localized for DE and ES.
• renderTable() now triggers track colorization for German ("Aufwertung") and Spanish ("Mejoras") table titles.
• Craft-tier column headers now use MidnightL.S() keys instead of hardcoded FR/EN strings.

Visuals — champion-color icons for jeweler items

• "Galactic Jeweler's Setting" / "Monture galactique de joaillerie" and equivalents in DE/ES are now rendered with their item icon and champion color in the weekly objective text (colorizeText()).
• "Infused Heliotrope" / "Héliotrope imprégné" and equivalents in DE/ES receive the same treatment.
• Icons used: inv_10_specialization_jewelcrafting_setting_color2 and inv_misc_gem_ruby_01.
