Midnight Decor Tracker is a dedicated housing collection companion for World of Warcraft: Midnight. Track every piece of decor across your entire catalog, see exactly what you're missing, and plan your next hunt — all from one clean, purpose-built window.

Three Ways to Browse

• Collection View — Browse all decor organized by category and subcategory. Each category shows a progress bar so you can see completion at a glance. Categories nearing completion are highlighted so you know where to focus.
• Hunt View — Missing items grouped by how to obtain them: Vendors, Quest Rewards, Dungeons & Raids, Crafting, World Drops, and more. Stop wondering where to farm — this view tells you.
• Gallery View — A compact icon grid of your entire catalog. Great for visual browsing and quick scanning.

Smart Tracking

• Real-time progress bar showing your overall collection percentage
• Automatic scanning with live updates when new decor is added to your storage
• Per-category and per-subcategory collected/total counts
• Budget tracker showing total placement cost of your collection
• "Almost There" highlighting on categories at 80%+ completion

Collection Tools

• Wishlist — Star any item to pin it to a dedicated Wishlist section at the top of your Collection view
• Search — Instantly filter by item name across all views
• Filters — Filter by placement type (Indoor/Outdoor) and size (Small/Medium/Large)
• 3D Preview — Hover any item to see its model in a side panel with auto-rotation
• Recently Collected — See your latest finds with timestamps

Notifications

• Chat message when new decor lands in your storage
• Milestone toast popups at 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%, and 100% completion
• Both can be toggled independently in settings

Quality of Life

• Minimap button with live collection count (uses LibDBIcon if available, or a custom draggable button)
• Shift-click any item to link it in chat
• Item tooltips with source information
• Remembers window position, active view, expanded categories, and filter states between sessions
• Lightweight — scans only when needed, debounces rapid events

• /mdecor — Toggle the main window
• /mdecor scan — Force a catalog rescan

Requirements

• World of Warcraft: Midnight (Patch 12.0+)
• No required dependencies. LibDBIcon and LibDataBroker are used automatically if another addon provides them.
