Fixed MetaGearSets flyout behavior and item display.

Item menus now open horizontally to the right, matching similiar addon style flyout behavior.

Character sheet slot flyouts no longer remain visible after closing the character window.

Clicking the same slot again now closes the active flyout menu.

Item flyouts now keep rarity-colored borders on gear icons.

Updated menu positioning so slot flyouts stay visible instead of opening offscreen or behind nearby UI.
