Fixed:
- Fixed text spacing on tooltips
- Optimised Quest & Storyline grabs, preventing lag in some zones
- Fixed some icon-grabbing logic

Added:
- Auto setting (in filters) - Automatically sets waypoint to closest
- Auto setting in instances only (in filters) - Same as above but only for instanced content
- Panel Size settings for readability (in filters)
- Bold Text setting for readability (in filters) - Added support for sub-waypoints designed for the auto mode. This allows you to see the recommended waypoint first for each objective, even if its all bunched into one objective (like the feline figures achievement). For example these are cave entrance locations, etc...
- Added ability to collapse "other continents".
- Added listing of locked storylines that are required later down the line
- Added auto open/auto close setting (right click Minimap Icon) when leaving and entering Meta Achievement enabled continents.
