Cooldowns

• Reorganized Essential, Utility, and Custom Bar settings for easier navigation.
• Added a shared custom bar selector above the preview. Switching bars now updates every settings section.
• Moved module-wide controls into a dedicated General category.
• Added a reload prompt when enabling or disabling the cooldown module.
• Added font selectors, anchor positions, and horizontal/vertical offsets for cooldown, charge, and keybind text.
• Updated previews to reflect text settings, with SairaCondensed Bold as the default font.
• Removed unused native-styling, clicking, hover, and pressed controls. Custom bars now function exclusively as cooldown trackers.
• Restored automatic creation of an empty custom bar when assigning spells to the last bar.
• Fixed empty assignment slots being lost during settings refresh.
• Removed redundant preview labels and unnecessary spacing.
