Description
Description
Merchant's Favour Optimiser (MFO) helps you decide which Merchant's Favour supply crates are worth completing in World of Warcraft Forever. It compares supported crates using available Auctionator prices, calculates estimated completion costs, and ranks the options by gold per Favour.
Instead of manually checking every material price and calculating each crate's value, MFO brings the information together in one convenient, scrollable in-game window.
Features
Crate cost comparison
-
Supports 21 configured supply crates.
-
Displays crate prices, material costs, estimated total completion costs, and Favour rewards.
-
Calculates gold per Favour to help identify the most cost-effective crates.
-
Selects the lowest-cost supported material bundle when the required price information is available.
-
Clearly identifies missing prices and unknown item IDs rather than treating unavailable prices as free.
Auctionator integration
-
Uses Auctionator's available market-price data to estimate material and crate costs.
-
Displays the age of available material prices when Auctionator provides that information.
-
Provides Shop actions to help search for the relevant crate and materials through supported Auctionator functionality.
-
Allows you to refresh calculations after updating your Auctionator data.
Prices are estimates based on the data available to the addon. They are not guaranteed live listings, purchase prices, or profit predictions.
Account for materials you already own
-
Optionally account for materials held in your bags.
-
Use a saved bank-inventory snapshot to reduce the quantities you need to purchase.
-
Recalculate the remaining material requirements and estimated costs when owned-material accounting is enabled.

Revisit your bank to refresh the saved inventory snapshot after moving items.

Missing prices can prevent a crate from receiving a complete cost estimate or ranking.

Bank inventory is based on a saved snapshot and may become outdated.
-
Auction House prices can change between scans and purchases.
-
MFO is designed for WoW Forever and is not intended to provide generic retail WoW data.
