Mentor & Onboarding Tracker is a World of Warcraft Retail addon built for guild onboarding and structured player mentorship.

It lets an experienced player act as a mentor for a new or returning player, then tracks a shared progression path directly in-game.

Key features:
- Mentor / novice pairing using a shareable in-game code
- 40 onboarding objectives grouped into 8 categories
- Progress bar and checklist UI
- Mentor notes (private, not synced)
- History log of completed steps
- Reminder system for unfinished onboarding
- Multi-novice support for mentors
- Peer-to-peer addon communication with no external server

Example goals include:
- Join guild Discord
- Review talents and keybinds
- Complete a first Heroic dungeon
- Complete a first Mythic+ key
- Join a Normal raid
- Learn affixes, interrupts, and loot rules
- Reach the minimum item level for guild progression

Current scope:
- Retail only
- No external dependencies
- Share codes generated with explicit random seeding on load for reliable uniqueness in normal addon use.

Il associe un joueur expérimenté (le mentor) à un joueur nouveau ou de retour (le novice) et suit une progression partagée directement en jeu — sans tableur, sans service externe.

Fonctionnalités principales :

• Association mentor/novice via un code de parrainage partageable en jeu
• 40 objectifs d'intégration répartis en 8 catégories colorées
• Barre de progression et liste de cases à cocher avec infobulles sur chaque objectif
• Bouton sur la minimap (clic pour ouvrir, glisser pour repositionner)
