v0.4.1.2 - English and Korean localization

• Added English defaults and fallback text for all client languages without a dedicated translation. Korean clients continue to use Korean text. Language selection follows the WoW client locale automatically.
• Localized the settings window, tabs, buttons, tooltips, profile management, specialization assignments, color modes, warnings, errors, chat output, command help, and Blizzard settings description.
• Spell examples now use localized spell names provided by the game.
• Added an English color mode guide and documentation for adding further translations.

Existing settings

SavedVariables and profile formats are unchanged. Existing profile names, specialization assignments, aura IDs, colors, opacity, pulse settings, and per-profile color overrides are preserved. MDOT1 and MDOT2 profile imports remain supported.

Requires EllesmereUI and EllesmereUINameplates. WoW Retail 12.1.0.
