Big performance update :) - Optimized code
Added MeleeRangeIndicator for Balance/Resto Druids (while in Cat/Bearform)
     -> Not showing Indicator while not in Cat/Bearform (while Feral/Guardian)
     -> Holy paladin sadly not available.
Deleted a lib causing some cpu spikes that i forgot to delete in 1.6
